A room within a room. For Vitra, the brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec designed a sofa that will not only shape a room, but will create new ones. Alcove Highback is a two-seater, equipped with elaborate seat, side and back upholstery. With its high panels, it invites to the sheltered interior of elegant comfort, stylish relaxation and subtle luxury. We opted for the Love Seat version, the backrest of which tops over the heads of all those seated inside. In this way, optimal visual and auditory discretion are provided for, in short: a cosy retreat. Also, two Alcove models placed opposite each other create a meeting space for intense communication between up to four people.
