Office.rent saves only personal data that come directly from the person in question and were provided by that person. Office.rent uses features from Google Analytics by the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics is a web analytics service. With this web analytics service it is possible to get insights into the usage of the website and optimise the website for usage. Google Analytics cookies save pseudo-anonymous personal data of the website’s visitors in Google Analytics.

 

Registration

You can create your own account through the office.rent website. The personal data entered into the registration form are processed in encrypted form. If you fill out a form we require the following personal data from you:

  • form of address
  • first name
  • last name
  • street
  • house number
  • postcode
  • city
  • country
  • email address
  • password

We cannot see any passwords. With this personal information, we can create your account. With this account, you can create an order, view the status of your orders and change an order as well as add furniture to your favourites. Furthermore, you have the option to delete your account. After deleting your account, your personal data will be deleted within 24 hours on working days.

 

Ordering or enquiring through the online shop

If you want to order or enquire after something through our web shop we need the following personal data from you:

  • form of address
  • first name
  • last name
  • company
  • street, house number
  • postcode
  • place of residence
  • country
  • state or province
  • phone number
  • shipping information

We need this information to process your order or enquiry. After handling the order or enquiry, we will delete your personal data from our online shop within 1 year.

 

Data about children below the age of 16

Our website and/or our services are not aimed at collecting personal data from website visitors below the age of 16 unless they have the permission of their parents or legal guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a user is older than 16 years. Thus, we recommend that parents take an active role in their children’s online activities to prevent children’s personal data being collected without the parents’ consent. If you are convinced that we collected personal data from a minor without the consent of the parents or legal guardian please contact us via the details found at the end of this privacy statement. The data are then deleted immediately.

Facebook Retargeting and Conversion

We use the pixel of Facebook Ireland Limited (website custom audience pixel). Through this pixel, information about the use of this website (e.g. information about viewed articles) is collected by Party Rent Schweiz AG and Facebook Ireland Limited in joint responsibility and transmitted to Facebook Ireland Limited. This information can be assigned to you with the help of further information that Facebook Ireland Limited has stored about you, e.g. due to your ownership of an account on the social network "Facebook". On the basis of the information collected via the pixel, interest-related advertisements can be displayed to you in your Facebook account (retargeting). The information collected via the pixel can also be aggregated by Facebook Ireland Limited and the aggregated information can be used by Facebook Ireland Limited for its own web purposes as well as for advertising purposes of third parties. For example, Facebook Ireland Limited may infer certain interests from your browsing behavior on this website and may also use this information to promote third-party offers. Facebook Ireland Limited may also combine the information collected via the pixel with other information that Facebook Ireland Limited has collected about you via other websites and / or in connection with the use of the social network "Facebook", so that a profile about you can be stored at Facebook Ireland Limited. Facebook Conversion API

We use the tracking tool Facebook Conversion API of Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland, a subsidiary of Facebook Inc. 1601, Willow Road Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. This is a data interface through which we transmit data about your behavior on our website to Facebook for evaluation. This allows us to show you ads that match your user behavior on our website. Facebook Lead Ads

We process all data you submit to us voluntarily via a Facebook Lead Ad (e.g. email address or additional user information) only according to this privacy statement and for the purposes of contacting you and on the legal basis described in paragraph 2 b) of this privacy statement. Furthermore, Facebook uses the data from Lead Ads on its own authority according to its privacy policy in order to, for example, pre-fill instant forms before they are opened by the user. Facebook does not use data from the questions set by heycar in the Lead Ad and does not transfer your data to third parties without your consent.

Zapier

We use Zapier for the collection, processing and use of personal and non-personal data. Provider is Zapier, Inc, 548 Market St #62411, San Francisco, California 94104, USA.

EU-US / Swiss-US Privacy Shield. Zapier holds certification under the "EU-US Privacy Shield" / "Swiss-US Privacy Shield". The "Privacy-Shield" is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the USA, or Switzerland and the USA, which is intended to ensure compliance with European and Swiss data protection standards in the USA.

Basis The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which allows us to process data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Commissioned data processing contract. We have concluded a commissioned data processing agreement with Zapier, in which we oblige Zapier to protect our customers' data and not to pass it on to third parties.

 

Pipedrive

We use the integrated hosting and marketing solution of Pipedrive OÜ, Mustamäe tee 3a, 10615 Tallinn, Estonia within the scope of our legitimate interest in a technically flawless online offer and its economically efficient design and optimization pursuant to Art.6 para. 1 lit.f DSGVO. We have also entered into an order processing agreement with Pipedrive, according to which Pipedrive only processes your data on our behalf.

Pipedrive contact form We also use Pipedrive for contact forms on our website. Pipedrive receives all data that you enter in our forms and also collects usage data for this purpose. For this, we refer to our general presentation on contact forms.

 

Privacy statement for the use of Twitter

Features of the service Twitter are embedded in our website. These features are offered by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. Our website uses features of the network XING. Provider is XING AG, Dammtorstraße 29-32, 20354 Hamburg, Germany. Any time you visit one of our websites that includes features by XING a connection to XING’s servers is established. As far as we know no personal data is stored in this process. IP addresses in particular are not stored nor is the user behaviour analysed.

You can send a written request regarding access, review, correction, deletion and/or transmission of your personal data, revocation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to the contact details you find at the end of this privacy statement. We will answer your enquiry as soon as possible but in any case within four weeks. Please enclose a copy of your ID. Please keep in mind that your ID number must be concealed. Furthermore, you need to state on your copy that it is provided for the purpose mentioned above. This is the only way we can make sure that only you have access to your personal data.

Party Rent does not have any influence over the use of your data by social media. We cannot obtain traceable personal data from Google Analytics and Yandex or change those data for you.

Party Rent takes protecting your personal data serious and takes suitable measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unauthorised publication and unauthorised change. For example, Party Rent uses encryption via an SSL Layer. Furthermore, we ensure that only the necessary people have access to your data, that access to your data is shielded and that our security measures are reviewed regularly.
